I have just had an implant fitted and I would thoroughly recommend this practice. When the implant was carried out it was done quickly and without any pain and I had total confidence in the Dentist. The treatment could not be completed because we went into lock-down and all practices had to be closed. Shortly after the practice re-opened I was contacted and the tooth was fitted following a 5 month delay. I then had 2 further visits to monitor the implant so that they could be satisfied that everything was alright. Both of the Dentists were extremely competent, friendly and helpful, and you felt that it was a completed safe environment. I have been particularly impressed with the aftercare that they have provided that was all included in the price.

Following my appointment yesterday morning, my 3rd since joining in summer 2013, I would like to congratulate you all on a welcoming and professional dental practice. Without exception I have experienced a warm, highly professional and sincere service from the entire team.

My first visit to Smiles was through a recommendation from a work colleague. Having received a poor level of care in August 2013 for the treatment of an abscess from my then dental practice, I decided to change dentists. From the initial phone call to register with the Practice Manager, through to my first appointment the next day, I felt like I was being treated with respectful care. I was seen by Dr Mayoor Patel, who assessed the abscess and provided me with the reassurance I needed that I was responding to treatment. He also took his time to assess the roots of each front tooth with a cotton swap treatment.

My second visit was to have a side filling replaced and the third was a regular check-up. Dr Mayoor Patel has an exceptional approach to customer care, from the initial meet and greet, making reference to your last treatment, through to the care and attention to detail of his work, he exceeds expectation. He clearly cares about his profession, reputation and has a genuine desire to deliver a high quality service. I feel like I'm treated as a private patient although I'm registered as an NHS patient. This practice deserves all the success and applause and I shall continue to recommend friends and work colleagues." Anonymous

Absolutely wonderful first experience with this dental practice. We had excellent communication from the office; confirming our appointments via text message was a real plus. The location is a really lovely old building that is clearly very well cleaned etc. Our dentist was really excellent. Both friendly & professional. By far the best dental experience that I have had.

I have had to seek emergency treatment on two occasions and have been seen and treated very quickly indeed. It is always easy to make an appointment and you are even reminded of appointments with a text message service. The reception staff are very helpful and efficient and the dentists are extremely professional.
