Patient Letter
Dear Patient,
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our communities have been through a lot over the last few months and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal routines and activities. While many things have changed, one thing that has remain unchanged is: Our Practice commitment to your safety.
Following the announcement by the Government that Dental Practices are allowed to open from Monday 8th June, I am writing to let you know about our plans to re-open.
We are making arrangements for re-opening the practice, Staff training and acquiring all the appropriate PPE needed to safely treat our patients, we plan to re-open our practice only as per permitted Government Guidelines.
We ask that you please be patient and understand that we will do our best to accommodate your dental needs as we know many of you are anxious to book an appointment . During this time we have implemented additional safety precautions to help protect our patients and staff.
Infection control has always been a top priority in dental practices. Our practice follows very high standards of infection control so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable.
Over the last two months we have been working hard to put measures in place for when we are able to re-open, and I am pleased to say that we are already a long way towards having everything ready to start seeing you again.
