It shows 100% compliancy which all the staff have worked hard towards achieving. Thank you to all staff who answered questions by the Inspector beautifully. They showed that they not only fully understand their job role, but that they could demonstrate practically and confidently the guidelines of Cross Infection Control, Health and Safety, Safeguarding etc
Thank you also, to all patients who helped us in achieving this great result. Certain patients in particular helped us hugely by being available on the telephone ready for the Inspector calling them at home! We appreciate ALL of you.
